Spicy Garlic Soy Beef is the perfect cold
season dish and if you're a fan of garlic, you're going to be in heaven.
It is quick, you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen
and when served with some steamed vegetables and rice, makes for the
perfect dinner!
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SPICY GARLIC SOY BEEF: 1
Tbs. chili oil; 1/4 pound lean beef, chopped; 2 tsp. grated ginger; 2
scallions, chopped; 5 cloves garlic, chopped; 1 Tbs. brown sugar; 1 Tbs.
soy sauce.
