CHINESE GINGER CHICKEN!
A little sweet! A little savory! A lot delicious! Simple to make at home in only a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS: 2 chicken thighs, skinned and boned; 1 Tbs. soy sauce; 1
Tbs. honey; 1 Tbs. sesame oil; 1 Tbs. grated ginger; 1 Tbs. peanut oil; 2
scallions, minced.
STEPS:
1) Cut the chicken thigh meat into thin strips.
2) In a small bowl make the marinade by whisking together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and ginger.
3) Place the chicken in the marinade and let marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.
4) Heat the peanut oil in a wok over medium -high heat.
5) Add the chicken to the wok and stir-fry 5 minutes.
6) Add the scallion and stir-fry 2 minutes.
7) Serve with steamed rice and vegetables and ENJOY!
