Who doesn't love appetizers, or as they
are also known as, finger foods. They are not only fun to eat and great
to serve at parties, they are also fun to make. When it comes to
appetizers, the cuisines of Asia have some of the best including these
tasty little gems called Salmon Salad on Flat Wraps.
Flat wraps
are simply small egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers. You can buy them
at most markets. To prepare the wrapper is very simple. You lay them on a
flat surface, brush them with some toasted sesame oil and sprinkle them
with a little salt. You then bake them until they become brown and
crispy!
For the topping, we like to use a salmon salad but you
can use anything you like. This is a perfect way to use any leftover
seafood you may have hanging around.
