From the Thai Wok: Thai Pork Stir-Fry with Rice Noodles

Why is stir-fry the most popular way to cook in the world? Quite simple. It is fast and it is healthy and in the case of Thai food, it is also delicious!

You can actually use any type of meat to make this dish but at Fusion Asiana we find that thin lean slices of pork work the best. The texture and taste of the pork are greatly enhanced not only by the spices, but the sauces as well.

Rice noodles are a great alternative for those who suffer from gluten illnesses. You buy them dry and then soak them in hot water until they become tender. How we prepare rice noodles is quite simple: We place them into a pot of boiling water and then remove the pot from the heat. Every couple of minutes give the rice noodles a stir and keep this up until they become tender.
