80%. Here we are using 8 cups of packed spinach leaves which, once

The shrimp for this dish are going

marinated, to give them the Thai flavor. Then they will be dredged
(coated) in cornstarch, which will help protect the meat during the
frying stage and give them a delicate crunch when you bite into them.
