A Chinese Food Favorite: Cashew Chicken

Cashew Chicken is one of the most popular dishes served in Chinese restaurants around the world. Today on Fusion Asiana we'll show you how to make this dish at home without using any processed ingredients or MSG!

Cashew Chicken is a very quick dish to prepare. Matter-of-fact, it takes less than 15 minutes once the wok is heated. For the best results, you'll want to use skinless and boneless chicken breasts. The breast meat cooks faster and contains no fat.

You can add whatever vegetables you want to this dish. At Fusion Asiana we keep things natural and authentic, thus we use bok choy and bamboo shoots. As far as the cashew nuts are concerned, you can use raw but we prefer them to be roasted.
