Street Flavors: Thai Grilled Street Style Pork

When it comes to the art of grilling, very few countries can beat the countries which make up Asia. Matter-of-fact, when it comes to modern day grilling, one can make a very good argument that Asia created this culinary genre. So popular is grilling throughout Asia that often times you cannot walk down the street without your senses being marveled by the aroma of freshly grilled meats.

Where Asian grilling really shines is with their meat dishes. In most cases, the meat is sliced very thin and then slapped on the grill for only a matter of minutes. What this does is two-fold: First, your meat will always be tender. Secondly, due to the fact most of the meats are marinated, it keeps the flavors fresh. It really is a brilliant way of grilling.

Thai Grilled Pork has all the flavors you would expect from an Asian grilled dish and then some! The addition of Chinese 5-spice powder blends perfectly with the garlic and ginger. As with most Asian dishes, this is very easy and quick to prepare at home.
