Quick! Easy! Delicious! Sherry Chicken Stir-fry

Quick! Easy! Delicious! Those are three words which perfectly describe this Sherry Chicken Stir Fry!

So what does the term "stir fry" really mean: It has nothing to do with stirring. It simply means to keep the food moving while you are cooking it. This is very important when you are cooking over intense heat to keep the food from burning or sticking to the pan.


 We use chicken thighs for this dish because it is the most flavorful part of the chicken, You can use chicken breast meat. We like to serve this dish over steamed jasmine rice but it is also quite wonderful when served with yakisoba noodles or to make it a tad more healthy, some blanched beansprouts!
