Fire Up the Grill: Indonesian Grilled Lamb

Since we are in the throes of Summer and you probably have your grill fired-up, you might as well throw some lamb on it and experience the flavors of Indonesia!

Grilled lamb is very popular throughout the islands which make up Indonesia. For this recipe, they take very thin slices of lamb meat and marinate them in a sweet-salty-spicy marinade. The combination of flavors simply must be tasted to be believed.


You can use any portion of the lamb to make this dish. At Fusion Asiana, we simply slice up a boneless leg of lamb.

This is a very simple and quick dish to make at home and is perfect when served over some steamed jasmine rice!
