Snacking Healthy: Asian Sweet and Spicy Walnuts

Snacks! We all love them. Unfortunately many snacks are loaded with preservatives and chemicals or they are laden with salt and sugar. Here is a snack which is quite natural, delicious, healthy and easy to make at home: Asian Sweet and Spicy Walnuts!

If you are not a fan of walnuts, you can use any soft type of soft nut to make this dish. Once you have made the dish, keep them in an air-tight container and they will stay fresh for about a week.
