If you are a fan of Asian condiments
and dipping sauces, you have no doubt tried Chinese Hot Mustard. It is a
pungent and rather sinus-blowing mustard but... it is also delicious.
You can buy Chinese Hot Mustard at markets featuring an Asian food
section but it is rather expensive for a little jar. For about half the
price you pay for a jar, you can make your own.
To make your
own Chinese Hot Mustard, all you need is some powdered Chinese Hot
Mustard, a little salt, a little vinegar and some water. In the
slideshow, Chef Larry Edwards will take you through the steps!
