with the exotic flavors of Asia!
What makes this the ultimate
chocolate torte? It combines both cocoa and chocolate. To make things
even more delicious, it is laced throughout with fresh ginger, Asian
spices and toasted sesame seeds. Even better, it is very simple to make
at home!
There are really no special tools needed to make a
Shanghai Chocolate Torte. For ease in removing the torte, it is
recommended that you bake it in a spring-form pan and they can be
purchased at cookware stores for very little money.
When it
comes to both the cocoa and the chocolate, you do want very high quality

a chocolate with a cocoa index of over 70%.
