Simple and Scrumtious! Sweet Soy Ginger Clams

The true art of Asian cuisine is the simplicity of most of the dishes. Unlike many other cuisines, you don't slave over an open flame or spend hours toiling with a hot oven. You simply heat a wok and have some fun!

The main protein element in Asian cuisine is seafood. You will always find a myriad of seafood dishes to tempt you throughout Asia and each one of them will offer your mouth a different joy to behold. In the case of this dish, Sweet Soy and Ginger Clams, we simply glaze some baby clam meat in a favorite Asian sauce, a sweet soy sauce which has been laced with freshly grated ginger.

You can buy sweet soy sauce at your local market but there is really no need to waste your money. Simply make your own! It is simply soy sauce cooked with some brown sugar.

So enjoy this quick, simple and delicious dish from Fusion Asiana: Sweet Soy and Ginger Clams!
