Enjoy the Exotic! Malaysian Coconut and Mango Pudding

Fresh! Smooth! Creamy! Delicious! There is not a better way to end a meal than with a flavorful and naturally sweet pudding. Puddings are one of the most popular desserts in the world and when they come from Malaysia, they're ever better.

Not only is this a very simple dessert to make at home, it is also a wonderful way to use those mangoes which are getting a little too ripe. The inclusion of coconut milk adds not only a great island flavor to this pudding, but it also adds a wonderful richness without the use of fat.
