A Dim Sum Classic: Chinese Marbled Eggs

If you have ever had the pleasure of dining at an actual Chinese Dim Sum restaurant, you have eaten some wonderful "small foods." One of the classic dishes presented on an authentic Dim Sum cart (there are no menus, you choose off a cart of food) are these wonderful Chinese Marbled Eggs.

Chinese Marbled Eggs get their marbled look in a rather simple way. Once you have hard-boiled the eggs, you crack them. Once they are cracked they are re-cooked in a very strong tea solution and then soaked over night.

Chinese Marbled Eggs are very easy to make at home and add a wonderful touch to any Asian themed dinner.
