Beyond Burgers: The Famed Fusion Asiana Burger!

The Summer grilling season must be in full-swing because we've been getting some requests from people wondering if the chef will share the secrets to the famed Fusion Asiana Burger. We asked! And we have the answer!

"The secret to the Asiana burger is quite simple," says Chef Larry Edwards. "We encompass all the flavors inside the burger. This way when the hamburger is cooking, the flavors will envelope every portion of the meat, meaning that every bite you take will be delicious."

"To add a little punch to the burger, just before we take it off the heat, we brush it with a little Asian Sweet Chili Sauce. "

It should be noted that at Fusion Asiana, they only use Angus beef but any good quality of ground beef can be used. These can be either grilled or pan-fried. This recipe is for one hamburger.
