The Power of Curry and the Flavor of Salmon: Flaked Salmon Curry

Salmon. It is one of the most popular fish in the world. It is also one of the most versatile, as we will prove with this very simple, yet elegantly delicious dish called Flaked Salmon Curry.

If you should ever have any leftover salmon, this is the perfect dish. If you don't have any leftover salmon, then simply grill some and once it cools, flake the meat (removing the meat with a fork).


If you're one of those people who shy away from curry because it is spicy hot, I think you will enjoy this dish. Due to the way we prepare the curry, we eliminate most of the heat in favor of fresh flavors, thanks mostly to the use of heavy cream. If you want to eliminate the spicy heat totally, just don't use the red pepper flakes!
